Kindergarten

Mrs. Christina Bergin

Welcome to Kindergarten! My name is Christina Bergin and I am so excited to begin another school year filled with learning, friendships, and fun! This will be my 17th year of teaching. This will be my second year in Kindergarten, and I also have taught 3rd grade for 9 years and 2nd grade for 6 years. I feel very fortunate to be a part of Mammoth Heights Elementary and surrounded by such a supportive, wonderful community.  I love to learn and have Bachelor’s degrees in Child Psychology and Early Childhood Education, a teaching license with endorsements in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, and Special Education, and a Master’s degree in Literacy Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment. I am married and have two children who both attend Mammoth Heights. Outside of the classroom, my favorite activities include trying out new recipes, camping, geocaching, and spending time with my family exploring new things. MHE is such a special place to learn and I feel privileged to be a part of your journey. Every year is a new adventure and I can't wait to see what this new year will bring!

Mrs. Michelle Coyle

Hello!  My name is Michele Coyle.  I am so excited to be teaching Kindergarten this year at Mammoth Heights! Kindergarten is often the first year of formal education that a child receives, and I am honored to be part of the journey with you and your family.  This year your child will develop into a reader, writer, a mathematician, a scientist, a good friend, and a student!

As a Douglas County graduate, I value this district and I am proud to still call Parker my home.  I live here in Parker  with my husband of 12 years, Jon and our two incredible children, Aralyn who is 10 and Madek who is 7.
This will be my 8th  year of teaching, fifth year in Douglas County.  I previously taught for Denver Public Schools at the primary level, as well as substitute taught for Douglas County Schools.  I am so passionate about primary learners and what they need in their " tool box" for the 21st century!   I am also passionate about watching students  bloom into great friends and resilient problem solvers!  I am honored to be a part of your child's learning foundation this year.  Mammoth Heights houses amazing teachers.  I am so privileged to be a part of this team, and to help your student(s), "Dream, Strive and Become!"

Miss Jennifer Soule

My name is Jennifer Soule and I am excited for my first year at Mammoth Heights. This will be my first year in my own classroom, and I can’t wait. I am eager to get to know all of you, but first here are a few things about me. I have spent this past year student teaching in a 1st grade classroom at Pine Lane Elementary. Prior to that I taught Pre-k in Arvada for one year. Based on my experiences in Pre-k and 1st grade, I feel that kindergarten will be the perfect fit for me. I have my Bachelors from Appalachian State University in North Carolina, and I am currently working toward my Masters in Elementary Education from Adams State College.
I have a passion for working with kids. It’s truly amazing watching how much students grow. When I am not in the classroom I enjoy spending my free time hiking with my boyfriend, Phil, and our two dogs (who are stronger than me). I grew up in Vermont, so naturally I enjoy Ben and Jerry’s, Cabot Cheese, and REAL maple syrup. I have lived in Colorado for almost three years now, and so far I love exploring this beautiful state. My heart will always be in the mountains.
